IDC Researchers Awarded IEEE ComSoc Stephen O. Rice Prize

Yun Sun, Dongfang Xu, Derrick Wing Kwan Ng, Linglong Dai, and Robert Schober have received the IEEE ComSoc Stephen O. Rice Prize for the paper „Optimal 3D-trajectory Design and Resource allocation for Solar-powered UAV Communication Systems,“ in IEEE Transactions on Communications, vol. 67, no. 6, pp. 4281-4298, June 2019. The award was presented to the recipients at this year’s International Conference on Communications in Seoul, South Korea.

The IEEE ComSoc Stephen O. Rice Prize recognizes the „best“ paper published in the IEEE Transactions on Communications in the last three calendar years. See here for details on the award.
